At ClickLyn Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your new baby stroller, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date your stroller is delivered to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The stroller must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the stroller back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for large items like strollers.

  • ClickLyn Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your stroller arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or you receive the wrong product

ClickLyn Store will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, kindly return the original stroller first. Once the return is processed and refunded, you can place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@clicklyn.store.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized strollers

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
